About Steps to Employment

Steps to Employment is a partnership of four leading national disability charities; Step One (formerly St Loye’s Foundation), Enham Trust, Portland College and Capability Scotland. We also have a number of specialist delivery partners working with us across Britain.

Collectively we have been making a positive difference to thousands of disabled people’s lives – providing employment services to people with a range of physical and mental health conditions since 1919. Providing a range of support including personal development coaching, employment focused independent living skills, support and access to work experience for disabled people with particularly severe barriers to work.

We deliver nationally with offices in key locations and can provide further outreach services in more rural locations.
